College student takes stalker to court

A student at the University of Central Florida in Orlando is taking a cyberstalker to court. He had uploaded 27 videos about her on Youtube.com. She is trying to use the court effectively to make sure he discontinues stalking her.

A UCF student says a man’s own videos showed he was stalking her; his videos are disturbing and threatening. But, so far, she hasn’t been able to get him sent to prison, because of his antics in court.
Macchione is in jail and waiting to be tried on cyber-stalking charges after allegedly stalking a UCF student and making threatening videos.
In one video, he gestures towards the camera and uses his hands to pretend to shoot at the camera; then he pretends to shoot himself. Later he waves, as if saying goodbye.
